About the casino
What is this site?
This site is an online casino offering real-money play to people aged 19 and over who are physically located in Ontario, Canada. The catalogue covers online slots, table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat, live dealer tables streamed from a studio, and progressive jackpot games.
Accounts are held in Canadian dollars, and every account includes responsible gambling controls: deposit, loss and session limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.
Who operates the casino?
The site is operated by Apollo Entertainment Ltd, company registration C 45483, registered at 8, Villa Seminia, Suite 2, Sir Temi Zammit Avenue, Ta' Xbiex XBX 1011, Malta. The domain belongs to that company, so there is no third party between you and the operator.
Is the casino regulated in Ontario?
Yes. Apollo Entertainment Ltd is regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and operates pursuant to an agreement with iGaming Ontario.
The Internet Gaming Operator registration number is OPIG1246857.
Who regulates the casino?
Two bodies are involved, and they do different jobs. The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is the provincial regulator: it registers operators, sets the Registrar's Standards covering game integrity, player protection and advertising, and enforces them.
iGaming Ontario conducts and manages the regulated market on behalf of the province, and registered operators run their sites under an operating agreement with it. iGaming Ontario also runs BetGuard, the centralised self-exclusion programme.
Eligibility
How old do I need to be?
You must be 19 or older. Ontario's minimum gambling age is 19, not 18, and it applies without exception.
Your date of birth is checked against a government-issued photo ID during identity verification, so the age you enter at sign-up is a starting point rather than the final word. If an account turns out to belong to someone under 19 it is closed.
Where can I play?
In Ontario, Canada. This site is intended for the Ontario market only and is not open to players in other provinces or other countries.
Do I need to be physically located in Ontario?
Yes, and this catches people out. Being an Ontario resident is not sufficient on its own — you must be physically inside the province at the moment you play for real money.
Your location is checked when you log in and while you play. If you travel outside Ontario, real-money play stops working until you return; your account, balance and verification are unaffected. Using a VPN, proxy, remote desktop or any similar tool to disguise your location is prohibited and can result in your account being suspended or closed.
Account and verification
How do I create an account?
Use the Register button in the header. You will be asked for your name, date of birth, address, email and a password, and to confirm that you are 19 or over and located in Ontario.
Use your real details. They have to match the documents you upload at the verification step, and a mismatch there is the most common reason a first withdrawal gets held up. One account per person.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Identity verification, usually called KYC, confirms three things: that you are who you say you are, that you are 19 or older, and that the account is not being operated on someone else's behalf. It is a legal obligation for a regulated operator, not an internal preference.
In practice it means uploading a government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, a recent document showing your address. It is normally a one-off. Doing it early is worth it: verification completed at sign-up never becomes the thing delaying a payout later.
How can I contact customer support?

Full details, expected response times and the complaints escalation path are on the Contacts page.
Money
What payment methods are available?
Interac, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers and supported e-wallets, all in Canadian dollars. The payment method must be in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
The full list, along with typical timings, is on the Payments page. Availability of an individual method can change, and the list shown inside your account at the time of a transaction is the authoritative one.
How do withdrawals work?
You request a withdrawal from your account, and as a rule the money returns by the route it arrived on.
Before a withdrawal is processed the operator may ask you to confirm the payment method you used, provide a document confirming your identity, and provide confirmation of your address. Additional checks may also be carried out as part of KYC requirements and fraud prevention. Timings start when a withdrawal is approved rather than when it is requested, and approval depends on your verification being complete.
Staying in control
How can I set gambling limits?
From your account area, at any time, including before your first deposit. You can set deposit limits, loss limits and session limits, each on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, and you can turn on reality checks that tell you how long you have been playing.
Tightening a limit takes effect immediately. Relaxing or removing one is subject to a waiting period, so a decision made in a difficult moment cannot take effect in that same moment.
How can I self-exclude?
Through BetGuard, the centralised self-exclusion programme for Ontario's regulated online gambling market, run by iGaming Ontario. Registering excludes you from every regulated Ontario operator at once, not only from this site.
You can start it from your account area, at betguard.ca, or by phone on 1-833-776-7171. Terms of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanent are available. It takes effect immediately, any remaining balance is returned to you, and it cannot be cancelled early. A permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.
If you want something smaller and reversible, a cooling-off period or a tighter deposit limit still changes something today.
