Payments

Accounts are held in Canadian dollars. This page covers how to fund one, how to get money back out, which methods are supported, and exactly which checks can happen before a withdrawal is released.

02 · Supported methods

How you can pay

Every method below is denominated in CAD. The payment instrument must be in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted, and that rule comes from anti-money-laundering obligations rather than house preference.

Interac

Interac

The Canadian standard, and the method most Ontario players reach for first. Funds move directly from your bank account, so there is no card in the middle, and deposits are typically credited within minutes.

  • Interac
Cards

Visa and Mastercard

Debit and credit cards issued in your own name. Deposits are usually instant. Some Canadian issuers decline gambling transactions as a matter of policy — if that happens, the block is on the bank's side and another method is the quicker route.

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
Bank transfer

Bank transfers

Transfers straight from a Canadian bank account, including services that connect to online banking on your behalf. Slower than Interac or a card, but well suited to larger amounts, and the trail is unambiguous.

E-wallets

Supported e-wallets

Wallets add a layer between your bank and the casino, which some people prefer. Note that a withdrawal generally has to return to the method you deposited with, so a wallet used on the way in is usually the wallet used on the way out.

Availability of an individual method can change, and some methods support deposits only. The list shown inside your account at the time of the transaction is the authoritative one.

03 · Deposits

Paying in

Deposits are made from your account page. Pick a method, enter an amount, confirm it with your bank or wallet, and the balance updates. Most methods credit within minutes; bank transfers take longer because the banking system does.

Two things are worth doing before your first deposit rather than after. The first is completing identity verification, so nothing is outstanding when you later want to withdraw. The second is setting a deposit limit, which takes about fifteen seconds and is the single most effective control on this site.

What we check on the way in

  • That the payment method belongs to you and matches the name on the account.
  • That the deposit does not breach a limit you have set for yourself.
  • That the account is not currently self-excluded or in a cooling-off period.

Deposits are not a fee-generating exercise. We do not add a charge to a deposit. Your bank, card issuer or wallet provider may apply its own fee or treat the transaction as a cash advance, and that is between you and them — worth checking once, on your first deposit.

04 · Withdrawals

Getting money out

Withdrawals are requested from your account. As a rule the money returns by the route it arrived, which limits the scope for fraud and keeps the audit trail clean.

Checks before a withdrawal is processed

Before a withdrawal is processed, the operator may ask you to provide:

  • Confirmation of the payment method used — for example a screenshot or statement showing the account or card in your name.
  • A document confirming your identity — a valid government-issued photo ID.
  • Confirmation of your residential address — a recent utility bill, bank statement or equivalent.

Additional checks may also be carried out as part of KYC requirements and fraud prevention. These are standard obligations for a regulated operator, they are not a sign that anything is wrong with your account, and they are far quicker to satisfy if your verification was completed early.

Withdrawal methods and typical processing times
MethodCurrencyTypical timingNotes
InteracCADUsually within 1 business day after approvalThe most common route for Ontario players.
Bank transferCADTypically 1–3 business days after approvalTiming depends on your bank, not on us.
Visa / MastercardCADTypically 2–5 business days after approvalCard refunds are returned to the card used to deposit.
E-walletsCADOften same day after approvalThe wallet must be the one used for the deposit and be in your name.

Timings are indicative and start when a withdrawal is approved, not when it is requested. Approval depends on verification being complete. Weekends and bank holidays affect every method that touches the banking system.

Your funds

Player balances are held separately from the operator's own working funds, in line with the standards that apply to registered Ontario operators.

Disputes

Raise a payment issue with support first. If our final response does not settle it, or 90 days pass, you can complain to the AGCO through iAGCO. The AGCO reviews compliance with Ontario’s rules; it does not recover funds.

Limits

Deposit and loss limits apply to payments as well as play. Tightening one takes effect immediately.
